So after 4.5 years my last day was today, at the company I shall call here, Telemundo (hey, I have to preserve some anonymity, right?). Nevertheless, I moved on, no hard feelings, found another job offering a great opportunity.. yadda yadda yada.

Customarily, management at most companies, under good circumstances, takes you out to eat, for one last meal. Of course knowing this, I maxed it as much as possible when we ate at a local Italian resto this afternoon.

braised lamb that literally fell off the bone, and luscious creme brule that was over-the-top. mmmmmmmmmmmm… thanks Telemundo, I will miss you.
